Our Story

     Myrtle Stays was born out of a desire to do things differently. In 2000, during the pandemic, we purchased our first property in Myrtle Beach. As remote owners, we quickly encountered the challenges of working with property managers who didn't meet our expectations. We knew there had to be a better way.

     Over the years, we’ve purchased three more properties, learning the ins and outs of the business along the way. Frustrated with the lack of quality service, we decided to take matters into our own hands. Together with my wife, we established Myrtle Stays with one clear mission: to provide a hands-free, worry-free experience for property investors, ensuring their profitability year after year.
